ok reinstalled and it still has the same error message ca some1 printscreen exactly how many files i need in order for saturn valley to run? Please i willing anything to try this game out!
Edit: Hang on the popups names is Microsoft. Net i heard a lot of people have been having issues with it, my version is 2.0 and 1.1 i think that might be to low

I downloaded SVO today. When I tried to play it, a big black bar showed up.

I couldn't do anything except for go into options and click whatever was above the options. I assume the login page? Anyway, After a while I logged back into the game. I clicked on the "Login" thing, I guess, and after clicking around a bit, I was able to create a character. I Selected the Saturn valley thing, and was able to walk around. Pressing ALT however caused it to crash. I could also walk through buildings and couldnt go anywhere. I also pressed ESC which brought a menu up, but I couldnt click anything on it or do anything.
I tried playing the Earthbound thing next. I typed in all the names and whatnot, and I couldnt do anything after that.

I logged back in later and couldnt do anything on the menu screen.
Help?

I've tracked down an Intel 950 Express, and tried running it on that, looks like the GPU can't handle the shader model used for some of the special effects in netgore, I'll try and see if I can make a new build that it'll work for, stay tuned

Wow thanks so much darkfrost and you too skye! I i will keep an eye out and plus SVO is my homepage lol but really let me know if you do get it up and runing for us intel 950 expess. The game loads and all but when it asks me to type my user and password i type it in and get this ding sound after i press login im using the forum log in so should i use a diffrent log in or is there a bug?

Im not sure, but I think it is a "Intel(R) GMA 3000".

When I Start The Saturn Valley Updater I Get An Error Message That Says: Failed to write master servers file 'C;\Program Files\Saturn Valley Online\UpdaterSettings\master_server'. Then If I Hit Ignore I Get The Same Message Until I Hit Retry Or Abort. If I Hit Retry I Get A Message That Says: No registered JIT debugger was specified. Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

If I Hit Retry The Message Goes Away And Nothing Happens In The Updater
For The First Message If I Hit Abort The Message Closes And The Updater Closes Too
If i Hit Cancel On The Second Error Message The Error Message The Updater Does Nothing But Soon After It GivesMe A Message Saying It Has Encountered A User-Defined Breakpoint

Actually I think its right. I looked around on my computer and im pretty sure its right.

Also I was able to get into the game again. But, whenever I clicked "ALT" this would appear:


Plus whenever I clicked "CTRL" my computer would make a beeping sound. Not the game, just a random sound plays.

@Trevor, Right click > Run as admin, or reinstall the game to a path like C:/Games/SVO

@Rae, the game is just a bit buggy atm, check if you still have the same problems in the next version (Likely to be in the next few days)
