Who would win in a fight: Ninten, Ness, or Lucas?

I have never played Mother 1, and (someone shoot me for this) never beaten Earthbound (I always had SOMETHING mess up my file) and have beaten Mother 3, so I'll go by what I know.

Ninten has no scrolling HP meter, so he is screwed.

When I went to the Earthbound Wikia, I found that Ness' Psi Lifeup Alpha and Beta heal more than Lucas' (100 and 300, 60 and 240, respectivley) and Ness' Lifeup Omega heals more than Lucas' too.

So I will have to place my bets on Ness. And considering my luck with Ness and Lucas, Ness would get a lot more SMAAAAASHes.

This is so do-able, any idea how we could do it?
I propose some kind of tournament between the three allowing them to fight each other individually.

I dunno. Really, as far as I see it, it depends on who gets the first hit in, and who runs out of PP last.

And what level they are. assumably Lucas, as he has the combo system as cmdood mentioned, and lacks asthma and homesickness. Otherwise, they are identical. AFAIK.

It also depends on the players. This is an RPG we are talking about, it requires brain power from the player. If it didn't, it would be less of a game, and more of a film.

Lucas could not use his multi hit thing cause NEss does not have a rytham for him to follow.
And even if he did Ness would just use his supirior skills to change it repetedly and so quickly that Lucas wouldn't stand a chance.
Ness wins.

But anyway , Ness wins hands down cause he doesnt take 'shrooms from the ground.

I'm gonna go with Ness, not just because of his offensive PSI and his stronger healing PSI, but because of his seemingly more up-forward nature compared to Lucas.

I'd Ness would win cause he has a straight forward personallity,and more of a will to fight but the whole battle changes if we add Masked Man.

Let this be more specific who WOULD win if everyone's level is 99.
A winner is Ninten
Ninten and Lucas would probably gang up on Ness, then take themselves on.
Let's face some facts here
Ninten doesn't have offensive PSI but if this would was a real time battle, Ninten could just 4th D slip all over the place. And ocassionally Lucas would run out of PP so Ninten will bash the crap out of him.
